Biography

For over a decade, Michael has represented injured people and their families. He has settled their cases when appropriate and when necessary, taken their cases to trial. For his work in representing his clients, Michael was granted membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The Top Trial Lawyers in America. Michael has also earned an "AV Preeminent" rating in Martindale Hubbell. This rating is a testament to the fact Michael's peers, those who work with him and those who have had to litigate against him, rank him at the highest level of professional excellence in terms of professional ability and ethical standards. Most recently, Michael was named one of the Top 10 attorneys in his state under the age of 40 by the National Academy of Personal injury Attorneys.   Michael is also a member of the American Association for Justice, American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers and both the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
