Biography

Michael Reiter was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981. He has been working in Criminal Law for over thirty years. His experience covers misdemeanors to Capital First Degree Murder cases. He was the Director of the Capital Collateral Regional Counsel – Northern Region, Chief Assistant for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel – 2nd District.

Mr. Reiter has represented clients before the Florida Supreme Court, as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta. Mr. Reiter graduated from the University of Florida Law School. He is originally from New York, but has lived in Florida for over fifty years.
