Biography

Michael Mayoral, co-founder and shareholder of Perez Mayoral, P.A., is a trial attorney specializing in HOA, Condominium, and Business Litigation. He represents homeowners in disputes against homeowners’ associations (HOAs) and condominium associations, ensuring their rights are enforced. His practice also includes representing businesses and investors in complex commercial litigation, handling contract disputes, partnership conflicts, and real estate-related business matters.

Michael’s extensive litigation experience allows him to take on associations that fail to uphold their obligations, wrongfully enforce rules, or engage in unfair practices. He also provides strategic legal counsel to business owners navigating commercial disputes, helping them protect their interests and resolve conflicts effectively.

Before co-founding Perez Mayoral, P.A., Michael honed his trial skills at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office, where he tried numerous cases to verdict. He has also represented plaintiffs in high-profile cases, including litigation arising from the 2010 Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.

Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy magna cum laude, with a minor in Economics, from Florida International University.

At Perez Mayoral, P.A., Michael is committed to providing aggressive legal representation and personalized service to homeowners and businesses in disputes across Florida.
