Michael
Biggs is a business attorney and founding member of Biggs Paul, LLC, whose
practice has focused upon entrepreneurs, start-ups, middle market companies and
equity funds. He has his BA and MBA from
the University of Kansas and his JD from Washburn University. He is also a
licensed registered investment advisor.
His
practice and areas of expertise have evolved over time, reflecting the shifting
legal needs and business concerns of his clientele. These practice areas include acquisitions and
mergers, technology law, business formation, securities laws, and franchising
