What are your best leadership qualities?

As a young worker, I was motivated by managers who spoke plainly and acted with integrity. Now, as a managing attorney, I try to embody these same leadership qualities.

What is your proudest accomplishment outside your career?

During the pandemic, I was able to sponsor the construction of a new boxing gym for at-risk youth in Southeast Portland.
