Biography

Michael R. Griffith concentrates his practice in litigation, specializing in mass torts, products liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Griffith served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, P.J. Ch. and the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos, P.J.Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part. Mr. Griffith is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, New York, and the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Griffith has been published by the International Mediation Institute and the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolation in Vol. 20, Issue 4. His work has been translated into Hungarian by the University of Miskolc Law Journal, Miskolci Jogi Szemle.

Mr. Griffith attended Rutgers University School of Law where he was the Senior Notes Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter while in law school. Mr. Griffith was selected as a Kinoy-Stavis Public Interest Law Fellow and as a graduate fellow for the Eagleton Institute. Mr. Griffith is an At-Large Voting Member of the YLD Executive Committee of the NJSBA. Mr. Griffith is a volunteer settlement specialist with the Essex County Bar Association and a coach of the Rutgers School of Law Alternative Dispute Resolution team.
