Represented the owner joint venture in the MGM CityCenter litigation, a complex construction dispute regarding a $9.2 billion mixed-use residential, commercial, and gaming development in Las Vegas.; Represented large developer in dispute with general contractor involving completion of $100 million residential high rise in San Francisco.;
