Biography

Mike practices primarily in the areas of Workers’ Compensation law and personal injury and civil litigation. He has tried several personal injury cases to conclusion before juries and has represented litigants before the New Hampshire Department of Labor and the Compensation Appeals Board as well as before the Supreme Court. Mike has been a presenter at many Continuing Legal Education Programs for attorneys and insurance professionals and is a contributing editor to the biennial Workers Compensation Law Compendium published by ALFA.
