Biography

Mike limits his practice to dispute resolution proceedings including mediation, arbitration and litigation and represents individuals, closely-held corporations, professional associations, public companies and governmental agencies and bodies in a broad array of business disputes involving a variety of industries, including Technology Business, professionals, real estate, development, construction, banking and various product and service based businesses. Mike holds the distinction of Board Certifications in three areas, Business Litigation, Construction Law and Civil Trial.

Mike has significant trial experience involving a wide spectrum of matters including breach of contract, foreclosures, deficiency litigation, work outs, collections, bank litigation, trade secrets, employment covenants, corporate governance issues (shareholder and partner disputes; board member and officer liability claims) construction and land use issues, fraud, civil theft, administrative proceedings, actions before governmental agencies, governmental bodies, discrimination cases, replevin, employment law and employment litigation.
