Mike limits his practice to dispute resolution proceedings including mediation, arbitration and litigation and represents individuals, closely-held corporations, professional associations, public companies and governmental agencies and bodies in a broad array of business disputes involving a variety of industries, including Technology Business, professionals, real estate, development, construction, banking and various product and service based businesses. Mike holds the distinction of Board Certifications in three areas, Business Litigation, Construction Law and Civil Trial.
