I rated Mr. Shipwash as having the proper ethical standards; however, I am aware of a lawsuit in which he is involved which, if the allegations against him are proven, would suggest he does not. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt at this time.

Took 2 yrs to settle case and then got very little compensation for 3 rotator cuff surgeries. I still have not been able to work
