Biography

Michael Small is a personal injury attorney located in Morgan and Morgan's Nashville office, where he is dedicated to zealously advocating for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Michael focused his practice on personal injury law, handling a wide range of cases including motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, and premises liability. Over the course of his career, Michael has successfully secured millions in compensation for his injured clients. Michael has been selected several times to the Mid-South Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers for personal injury law, a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in the region.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and their dogs. He also enjoys running, golfing, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and watching sports.
