Michael Stevens Juba

Michael Juba is an experienced trial and litigation attorney who represents clients in courts throughout the State of Colorado. He has handled hundreds of trials and contested hearings, with experience ranging from traffic infractions to serious felony cases, including homicide.Mr. Juba provides personalized, results-driven representation across a wide range of matters. His practice includes municipal, state, and federal criminal defense; juvenile delinquency proceedings; civil protection order hearings; traffic offenses; and pre-charge representation during criminal investigations. He also represents clients in state regulatory hearings, real estate disputes, landlord-tenant matters, civil litigation, post-conviction petitions, and appeals.He is licensed to practice in all Colorado state and municipal courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. In addition, Mr. Juba handles cases through Colorado’s Alternate Defense Counsel and has been selected to serve on the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel, representing clients in federal court.
