Biography

Michael Szechter is an associate trial attorney. He is admitted to practice law in New York State courts and in the federal courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He received his BA, magna cum laude, from Hunter College, City University of New York, and he received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where he was a member of the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants at various stages of litigation, obtaining numerous favorable results for clients.
