Michael T. Buonocore

Michael Buonocore is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on representing the injured. Before joining the Lynch Law Firm, Michael was trial counsel for a major insurance company. Michael brings extensive knowledge and understanding in trying complex injury cases to the firm. With his trial experience, Michael has been asked to speak at seminars regarding trial practice and advocacy.

Since joining the firm in December of 2019, Michael has settled over $2,100,000 in personal injury cases. Most notably, Michael obtained a $300,000 settlement for a bicyclist who was struck by a motor vehicle and suffered a right wrist fracture that required surgery. Michael also obtained $175,000 for a newspaper delivery woman who slipped and fell on snow and ice at a condominium complex and suffered a fractured ankle.

Michael has also recently been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2021. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.

Michael graduated from Pascack Valley High School in Hillsdale, New Jersey, Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania and the University of Massachusetts, School of Law, Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Michael was a two-time all-league football player at Pascack Valley before becoming a two-time varsity winner and Liberty League champion for Susquehanna University.
