Biography

Michael T. Cook, is the fourth generation of his family to be associated with the firm upon receiving his law degree in 1998. A graduate of St. Bonaventure University and the Albany Law School. Mr. Cook is a member of the Ulster County and New York State Bar Associations. He served as Assistant District Attorney of Ulster County and as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Kingston, New York. He has more than a decade of experience trying cases throughout the state of New York in both state & federal courts. Mr. Cook is admitted in NY and in the United States District Court for the Northern & Southern Districts of New York. He specializes in Litigation /Insurance Defense / Municipal Law
