Biography

Active as a trial lawyer for over 15 years, Mike is no stranger to the court room. He brings to his work a strong drive to achieve justice together with the practical experience of a businessman when seeking a fair result for the clients he represents. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation gives him the insight into the claims and risks his clients must consider when counseling his clients in the development of litigation strategies, business structuring, real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.Mike's representation of businesses and individuals has resulted in completion of multi-million dollar transactions, many successful verdicts and settlements in commercial litigation, and six figure recoveries for personal injury clients. He has also completed multi-million dollar complex commercial real estate transactions and several sales and acquisitions of a local business by a management team.After graduating from Drexel University, Mike worked for 12 years in industry before returning to the classroom to complete his legal education. He obtained his JD from the Widener University School of Law in 1996 and has been active in private practice ever since. Mike has been recognized as a Super Lawer by Philadelphia Magazine in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and a top lawyer in the area of business law and personal injury law by Main Line Today.
