Biography

Michael received an Honours Bachelor of Science and an Honours Masters of Science from Queen’s University, and his law degree from the University of Toronto. He is an associate lawyer at McLeish Orlando and his practice is devoted exclusively to representing people who have suffered serious, catastrophic injuries, or individuals who have lost family members through the fault of others.

Since his call to the bar in 2014, Michael has appeared as counsel at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. In 2015, he appeared as counsel at the Supreme Court of Canada. Michael has been published in the areas of personal injury law and accident benefits litigation.

Michael is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates’ Society, and the American Association for Justice.
