Biography

Mike is an associate at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers LLP.

Michael has experience working in such areas as personal injury, accident benefits claims, insurance disputes, commercial disputes, property loss and occupier's liability cases. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

He joined Neinstein as a summer student in 2010. He completed his articles with the firm in 2012 and has returned as a lawyer. He completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in Political Science at the University of Western Ontario. He then went on to attend Osgoode Hall Law School, where he completed his legal studies and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2011. While at law school, Michael took a special interest in advocacy and civil procedure.

Mike is currently spearheading a mass tort filing against vaping giant, JUUL, for their deceptive and life threatening vaping campaign targeted at the broader public.
