Biography

Michaelina M. Barker defends construction and transportation companies across Florida in complex civil litigation. Her practice focuses on personal injury, construction defects, and property insurance matters. Before focusing on civil litigation, Michaelina gained experience in family law, including dependency and domestic relations matters. She also holds an LL.M. in Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law from the University of Miami, where she sharpened her legal skills in contract and dispute resolution.

Michaelina grew up in the Tampa Bay area. She enjoys spending time with her two cats and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team when not practicing the law.
