Michaile J. Berg has developed a successful practice assisting in the formation of various business entities and helping to drive the drafting, review, and negotiation process for an extensive range of sophisticated commercial and operational transactions. She also assists in handling related corporate matters, including business acquisition, financing, disposition, and dissolution. Many of Michaile's business clients also look to her as a trusted family advisor and counselor who provides personalized, compassionate, and precise guidance and transactional services on trust and estate matters.
In addition to her extensive transactional experience, Michaile has considerable litigation experience, focusing primarily in the areas of business and commercial litigation, and real estate and securities litigation. Michaile draws upon her unique combination of transactional and litigation experience when serving as outside general counsel businesses in the banking, finance, and real estate sectors. In this capacity, she works with businesses to develop and implement strategies to navigate everything from standard contracts to complex business matters.
She is a Phoenix native and graduated summa cum laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2005. She earned her law degree from ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 2009 with an emphasis in business and commercial law. While at ASU Law, Michaile was a Pedrick Scholar and an active leader of the Women's Law Student Association.
She is an active member of the Arizona State Bar Association and the Arizona Women Lawyers Association.
