Biography

Michal Zabost focuses his practice on comprehensive legal advice on HR law, including individual and collective labor law, HR compliance and social security law. He offers ongoing support to HR/People & Culture teams and management boards. Michal advises clients on the employment-related aspects of M&A transactions and workplace transfers (TUPE), as well as on the process of shaping and reorganizing employment structures, particularly within international capital groups. He assists employers with complex processes involving the terminations of employees and managers, including collective redundancy procedures.
