She earned her law degree from Tulane Law School in New Orleans and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. Over the course of her career, she has advised leading financial services companies on trust-related matters requiring careful analysis and sound judgment. Michele’s background also includes more than twenty years of experience in public service and dispute resolution, including work as a litigator and labor negotiator for the District of Columbia Government. Those roles strengthened her ability to negotiate effectively and reinforced her commitment to fairness and balanced outcomes. Michele now represents a diverse group of clients, from individuals and business owners to tax return preparers and trust beneficiaries, assisting with tax controversies of all types.
