She received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School (Newark) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of New Mexico. Ms. Burke has experience supporting clients in trust and elder law disputes as well as business litigation, and she is comfortable working through all phases of the litigation process. Her work includes early case assessment, drafting and motion practice, discovery management, and preparing matters for mediation, settlement negotiations, or trial. Clients appreciate her thoughtful approach and steady guidance, particularly when cases involve sensitive family relationships or significant financial exposure.
