Biography

Michelle J. Perkins was admitted to the bar in 1994 and practiced solo for two years before co-founding Owens & Perkins with her grandfather, C.D. Owens. Ms. Perkins specializes in family law, estate planning, and probate, representing clients whose families have trusted the firm since 1967. Under her leadership, the firm celebrated its 55th anniversary in 2022. An active member of the Arizona Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Successful Women Owners Network, she is recognized for innovation, growth, and community service.
