Biography

Michelle E. Radin earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1986. She graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Sigma Beta Honor Society and Phi Beta Kappa. She subsequently attended Brooklyn Law School and was a Dean Merit Scholarship recipient.

Upon graduation from Brooklyn Law School, Michelle worked for a prominent New York City medical malpractice defense firm where she concentrated on representing major New York City hospitals as well as physicians of all specialties.

Michelle is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State bars as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of New York and the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.

For the past 10 years, Michelle has concentrated on representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice as well as personal injury cases. She is currently a part of the complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury litigation team at Seigel Law.

When she is not representing plaintiffs, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband Marc, their three children and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Tori.
