Michelle is a member in the Firm’s Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Corporate, Business, Corporate & Securities Law, and Wills, Trusts & Estates practice groups. During her 17 years+ of practice she has focused on the areas of Residential and Commercial real estate, representing buyers, sellers and lenders. She also handles Corporation and LLC business formations.

Michelle’s practice also focuses on Estate planning, including preparation of Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney as well as Estate probate and Administration matters.
