Michelle Napier

Michelle has experience in all stages of state-court litigation and is an excellent advocate for her clients. Michelle’s goal is to efficiently guide her clients through the legal system with practical and flexible solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals and objectives.   Michelle concentrates her practice in the areas of: family and marital law, civil and commercial litigation, construction law, condominium and homeowners’ association law, and real estate law. Michelle is also a seasoned negotiator and skilled preparer of a variety of agreements. Michelle is a wife and mother who enjoys spending time with her family, playing billiards, being outdoors, and supporting local non-profits. Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for the Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Sebastian. Michelle holds dual undergraduate degrees in psychology and criminal justice and received her law degree in 2005. Michelle has lived in Sebastian since 1986.
