Mikolaj Domian focuses on international disputes as well as civil and commercial law. He has advised on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions and has been involved in joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, he gained experience in the M&A and corporate law teams of other international law firms.
