Mr. Cohen's areas of concentration include banking, commercial and real estate litigation as well as certain employment law issues. Mr. Cohen represents financial institutions in enforcing real estate secured commercial loan agreements. Mr. Cohen counsels institutions and litigates concerning commercial foreclosures, mechanics liens, title issues, municipal code violations and bankruptcy proceedings. He also represents third party distressed note purchasers in acquiring loan documents and obtaining title to the underlying property. Mr. Cohen represents real estate developers, commercial landlords and brokers in a wide range of litigation.

Mr. Cohen represents employers and executives concerning drafting and negotiation of employment and severance agreements and related documents. Mr. Cohen also handles restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation.
