Biography

Milica is an Associate in the Litigation Group. She has appeared at the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board, Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal, Canadian Industrial Relations Board, Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. Milica has experience advising administrative decision-makers, institutional, and governmental clients on issues regarding labour and employment law, administrative law, whistleblowing, and pension and benefits legislation. Milica also previously advised low-income individual clients on human rights and residential tenancy law.

Prior to joining Farris, Milica was counsel within the Department of Justice Canada within the Treasury Board Secretariat Legal Services Unit.
