Mindi Leigh Redden is an associate attorney at Rossi Law Group. She began working with the firm through the workers' compensation department of Crandall Wade & Lowe, and moved to Rossi Law Group at its inception at the beginning of 2012. After 18 years as a certified workers' compensation paralegal, she became an attorney representing various self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases. She has handled cases in several WCAB offices, including Bakersfield, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Marina Del Rey, Fresno, Pomona, Oxnard, and Van Nuys.

Mindi's legal career includes 24 years as a certified paralegal. During her career, she has worked in various areas of the law, including subrogation, civil litigation, appeals, and the last 19 years in workers' compensation defense.

Mindi is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
