Biography

Mitchell S. Wong has been practicing law in Hawaii since 1991, beginning his career at the prominent firm of David C. Schutter, then known as Schutter & Glickstein. Focusing in plaintiff’s personal injury and civil litigation, Mr. Wong quickly established himself as a skilled advocate, eventually becoming a partner at the firm, which was later renamed Schutter Dias Smith & Wong. Over the years, his litigation experience has encompassed a wide range of personal injury and civil claims, including representing clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, on commercial premises, or due to defective products. He has also handled wrongful death cases and claims involving property damage from flooding, defective construction, mold, real estate disputes, and business conflicts.

In 2004, Mr. Wong founded his own law firm, where he continues to provide exceptional representation in personal injury and civil litigation. Additionally, he has expanded his practice to include family law, assisting clients with divorce, child custody, paternity, Child Protective Services cases, and adoption. Known for his dedication, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving, Mr. Wong is committed to helping his clients achieve justice and resolution in even the most complex legal matters.
