Mitra Parman: Attorney with Avrek Law Firm

Biography

Raised in Irvine, California, my early academic experiences included working with teenagers who had sustained traumatic disabilities as a result of accidents. Seeing how abruptly and profoundly an injury could alter the course of a young person’s life motivated me to pursue personal injury law and dedicate my career to advocating for individuals facing similar challenges.

I attended University High School in Irvine, earned my undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton, and received my Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. Throughout my practice, I have remained committed to treating every client with compassion and respect, whether they are recovering from catastrophic injuries or addressing the consequences of a minor accident. I am especially proud of securing settlements that exceeded policy limits and recovering substantial amounts on behalf of my clients, reflecting my persistence and focus on achieving meaningful outcomes.

Outside of my legal work, I enjoy hiking local trails, spending time outdoors, exercising, and reading. As a mother of two daughters, I am constantly reminded of how fragile life can be. That perspective strengthens my resolve to advocate for each client with empathy, determination, and a deep commitment to restoring dignity, stability, and hope during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
