Mitra Parman: Attorney with Avrek Law Firm

Biography

Raised in Irvine, California, I was introduced early on to the real-life impact of serious injuries. During my academic years, I worked with teenagers living with traumatic disabilities caused by accidents, and seeing how suddenly their lives changed stayed with me. That experience is what pushed me toward personal injury law and shaped the way I approach my work today. I attended University High School in Irvine, earned my undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton, and received my J.D. from Whittier Law School. In practice, I focus on treating every client with patience, compassion, and respect—whether they’re facing a catastrophic injury or trying to recover after a smaller accident that still disrupted their life. I take pride in fighting for results that truly make a difference, including settlements that exceeded policy limits and significant recoveries achieved through persistence and careful preparation. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me hiking local trails, staying active, or reading. As a mother of two daughters, I’m constantly reminded how quickly life can change, which is why I work hard to bring clients stability, dignity, and hope.
