Mohammed Al-Najdawi

Mr. Al-Najdawi’s practice is focused within the corporate/commercial and litigation department. He has extensive experience in providing legal consultancy in the areas of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Security Law and Company Law. He has represented companies, local and international firms, and foreign organizations in their disputes in Amman and other cities around Jordan.

Mr. Al-Najdawi routinely checks and reviews legal documents, in addition to following up before official institutions such as the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Interior, Chamber of Commerce, Municipalities and the Social Security Corporation. He is also responsible for liquidating several companies and for registering companies before competent authorities whilst preparing and submitting the documents required for such purposes.

Mr. Najdawi prepares and drafts statements pleadings and memos in legal actions and files such actions that relate to litigation matters before the competent courts and provisional enforcement measures.

Mr. Najdawi reviews a range of commercial contracts and agreements relating to employment contracts, commercial lease agreements and management and services agreements. As well as handling routine client queries, including the preparation of fee proposals and correspondence.
