Biography

Molly Littman-Johnson focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, specifically the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including across trademark, copyright, trade dress, anti-counterfeiting, false advertising, and unfair competition matters. Molly’s experience includes representing clients spanning an array of industries in federal courts across the country, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Her experience also includes helping clients address growing threats to intellectual property on the internet, including domain name disputes and addressing infringing content on e-commerce and social media platforms.

In addition to her intellectual property litigation practice, Molly advises on brand management and protection in the United States and abroad. She represents clients across a wide range of industries, including restaurant and hospitality, consumer goods, e-commerce, entertainment, fashion and retail, gaming, financial services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, software, technology, and blockchain and digital assets.
