Ms. Margulis focuses her practice on first party property coverage, construction defect litigation, and bodily injury defense. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, P.C., Ms. Margulis was an associate at a boutique law firm where she primarily specialized in first party property coverage and insurance coverage and gained experience in all stages of litigation through trial.Ms. Margulis received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. She was recognized for academic excellence, consistently made the Dean’s list, and was awarded numerous scholarships. Monica proudly served on the Student Bar Association, Florida Association for Women’s Lawyers, and Nova Trial Association. Monica also clerked for the Honorable Robert W. Lee for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.Ms. Margulis is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. She is proficient in Russian.
