Monica Lupi's areas of specialization are intellectual property, technology, civil, and labor law, in particular trademarks, copyrights, entertainment, software, Internet, contracts, family and wills, and labor law. Ms. Lupi is an experienced attorney, qualified to practice law in Argentina and the United States, which makes her an ideal link between these two countries. During many years, she was senior legal counsel at the Argentine ministry of economy, and associate attorney at a law firm in Los Angeles, California, United Sates. Since 2003, Ms. Lupi has been a partner at Sanchez, Lupi & Associates.
