Biography

Since his days in the military, Sonny Stallings has fought for the rights of others. Sonny attended Old Dominion University, followed by the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law. Sonny founded his Firm in 1979 and has fought for Virginia personal injury clients ever since. Sonny has a reputation as a fighter and a dogged advocate for his clients. Sonny has tried and settled Virginia personal injury cases throughout his career. Sonny also has tried several Virginia Beach criminal cases to verdict, including several not guilty verdicts and dismissals. Sonny has been an active member of both the Commonwealth and Virginia Beach. Sonny served as a Virginia State Senator and as the Virginia Game Commissioner. He serves on the Board of Old Dominion University and was actively involved in establishing their football program. Sonny assists young children in the Suffolk Boys & Girls Club. Sonny is a member of the Bar Associations in Virginia Beach and Suffolk. As a resident of Suffolk, Sonny is a local attorney who wants the best result possible for his clients. Sonny makes himself available to his clients during nights and weekends by cell phone and regularly checks and responds to his emails.
