Biography

Morenike Omole is the Founder of Omole Law Firm, where she leads a practice dedicated to immigration law, deportation defense, and family law. Licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Maryland, Attorney Omole provides comprehensive and compassionate representation tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. An immigrant herself, Attorney Omole brings a rare and personal perspective to her immigration practice. Having gone through the process firsthand, she understands the challenges her clients face and is committed to guiding them with empathy, clarity, and steadfast advocacy. She is fully licensed to represent clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Federal Courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). After graduating from American University Washington College of Law in 2013, she naturally gravitated toward immigration law and founded Omole Law Firm.
