Biography

Morgan is an associate whose practice is focused on representing and advising clients in civil litigation and employment law. He has assisted a variety of clients from homeowners to governmental bodies to publicly traded companies in a wide range of matters including corporate litigation, constitutional litigation, NH Right to Know Law issues, defamation, construction defects, contract disputes, and matters before the NH Environmental Councils. Morgan attended Boston University School of Law, graduating in 2019, and joined Wadleigh in 2024.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Morgan served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves in New Hampshire.”
