Biography

Morgan Kloster is an associate attorney focusing her practice on workers’ compensation defense. She brings a strong academic foundation and a commitment to excellence to every matter she handles. Morgan brings fresh perspective, strong research skills, and a conviction to provide efficient, high-quality representation to employers, insurers, and third-party administrators.

Before joining White and Steele, Morgan earned her J.D. from the University of Massachusetts School of Law - Dartmouth, focusing her studies on employment and labor law. During law school, she was the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 20 of the UMass Law Review and worked as a student attorney in the Community Development Clinic where she helped incorporate a non-profit organization in Massachusetts. Her background gives her a unique understanding of both the legal and practical aspects of workplace injury claims. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys exploring everything Colorado has to offer with her fiance and two dogs, Sven and Nora Jones.
