Morgan is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York. Morgan received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and B.A. from the University of Miami. Prior to joining Phillips & Associates, Morgan was a prosecutor in New York City and later served as in-house counsel at a City agency, where she performed internal investigations and advised on a wide range of legal matters.
