Biography

Adam specializes in litigation and appellate practice, with an emphasis on utility, maritime, and commercial disputes. These disputes often involve claims of personal injury and wrongful death, but Adam's practice extends to the defense of delay claims on public construction projects and the prosecution of claims for recovery of property damage occurring underground, above ground, or at sea. Adam has broad experience in Florida's state and federal courts, including serving as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Steven Merryday and appearing regularly in Florida's state trial and appellate courts. Adam received a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida's Rinker School of Building Construction and graduated magna cum laude and order of the coif from UF's Levin College of Law. Adam has published articles in the Florida Law Review and the Fifth and Sixth Editions of Florida Maritime Law and Practice.
