Mr. Adam J. Russo: Attorney with Drennan Law Firm

Biography

Adam Russo brings a unique blend of elite legal training and local insight to Drennan Law Firm. Growing up in Charleston gave him a deep appreciation for our community, but his legal journey took him to some of the highest levels of the field. While in law school at St. Thomas and Florida State, he landed a prestigious clerkship with the Florida Supreme Court, a role that requires a sharp legal mind. However, it’s his practical experience that really sets him apart. Adam served as a DUI prosecutor for the 14th Judicial Circuit, meaning he has first-hand experience with the tactics used by the state to secure convictions. Transitioning from prosecutor to private defense attorney allowed him to take that specialized knowledge and use it to protect the people of the Low Country. He understands the nuances of DUI law better than most because he’s lived it from both sides of the aisle. When you hire Adam, you’re getting a strategist who knows the prosecution’s next move before they even make it.
