Mr. Alan S. Notinger

Alan Notinger is a Dallas-based business litigator who has spent his career advising and representing everyone from Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies to middle-market businesses and local employers. He’s worked with clients across a wide range of industries—technology and software, telecommunications, professional services, manufacturing, retail, real estate and title insurance, construction, transportation, and banking and financial services—so he’s comfortable stepping into complex operations and quickly learning what makes a business tick. Alan handles commercial disputes involving contracts, licensing, trade secrets, software and technology issues, business acquisitions, creditor-debtor matters, partnerships, foreclosures, collections, and insolvency-related disputes. He also advises and litigates employment matters, including terminations, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, employment and severance contracts, and compensation issues. Alan is admitted in all Texas state and federal courts and is active in the ABA, State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, and the Association for Corporate Growth. He earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton.
