Mr. Alexander Bartko

Alexander Bartko is the founder of AB Law and draws on extensive experience as a former litigation partner at a prominent Atlanta firm and as lead in-house corporate litigation counsel. He employs a strategic, assertive approach to disputes at every stage — from pre-suit negotiation through trial and appeal — and advises businesses of all sizes on minimizing risk and navigating complex legal challenges. Raised in Atlanta, he attended The Westminster Schools, earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia, and graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law, where he was appointed to the Order of Barristers, participated in the Emory Moot Court Society, and received academic awards. After 11 years in private practice and two-and-a-half years as lead litigation counsel for a major Atlanta corporation, he founded AB Law. He teaches an advanced trial techniques class at Emory Law and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children; he enjoys following the Georgia Bulldogs, reading, golfing, and coaching his children’s soccer teams.
