Arthur K. Shaffer

I am not typically harsh in my critique of a fellow lawyer who is trying to advocate a client's cause. However, Art is the exception given the fact that he had consistently demonstrated an inability to practically apply the substantive knowledge he may well possess in his chosen field of practice. Art truly seems to lack the common sense and ability to disagree on a position in contention without being disagreeable and contentious. I have had reason to question his candor with the court.
