Biography

B.J. Abbott is the founding Partner of Abbott, Abbott & Logan, P.C. His practice is exclusively dedicated to representing people in all matters of family law and domestic litigation cases. As an extremely seasoned and successful trial attorney with more than twenty years of experience, he aggressively advocates for his clients both inside and outside of the courtroom.

Mr. Abbott received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Maine as well as a master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University before earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2001.

Mr. Abbott has received and maintains the esteemed and rare designation of Super Lawyer in the State of Georgia alongside numerous other professional accolades throughout his career. In his spare time, Mr. Abbott has also served as an Adjunct Instructor for various courses in the Paralegal Studies Program at Kennesaw State University. He is also a member of the Cobb Bar Association and the Blue Ridge Circuit Bar Association.
