Mr. Baltasar D. Cruz: Attorney with Kaplan Law Group, PLLC

Biography

Baltasar D. Cruz has been practicing law in Texas for 34 years, and he’s spent much of that time where it counts—inside courtrooms, trying cases and handling appeals. He went to Harvard College and then the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and he’s practiced at respected firms including Susman Godfrey L.L.P. and Kern and Wooley L.L.P. before building a successful solo practice. Over the years, Baltasar has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes, guiding cases from the first complaint through trial and, when necessary, up on appeal. He also frequently serves as a guardian ad litem for minors in personal injury settlements, helping make sure a child’s interests are protected and the outcome is fair.
